  Excellent but the purchase of Paykard cards is a problem despite the fact that it is recharged many times when seeing in the ATM the balance does not come out when you go to the bank they send you to the bankard because the cards are not from the Bolivarian and the truth is a procedure and in the end you lose your recharge

  Depending on the day and time it can be art the attention is fast or not. Usually on Mondays and Fridays in the afternoon and on the fortnight and end of the month the influx of people is greater. The bad thing is that just these days only 3 boxes of 5 are enabled.

  Sometimes the service is slow but sometimes fast.
