  Demasiado inseguro, ofrecen tarjetas y al día siguiente ya se filtra la información para estafas. El servicio es pésimo cuando se trata de emergencias

  The operations staff of the vehicle credit area is very efficient! * It is the opposite of the credit officer assigned to me. * According to my criteria, it does not comply with the bank's values: transparency, teamwork, efficiency and service. * The only thing that does comply with is: innovation, because it uses WhatsApp! I filed a complaint but that department has not contacted me. Also, request a change of loan officer because for the next few years I will have to work with a person who does not inspire confidence in me. But I am still waiting for an answer. I see that many people have had a bad experience with the bank, but like any institution, everything depends on its human capital. That is why I give Banco del Austro 3 stars, because not all of its staff adhere to corporate values.
