::Terrible service. Too many people. There is no preferential service for the elderly. The guard was not even able to enable a seat for an adult of 92 years with a cane. He said literally "there is no preferential care for the elderly, we are full, we have to wait standing". A very kind lady gave up her seat, the guard did nothing.
