  The guard treated me badly even when I was off the premises, they won another bad little star. I already put them in all the venues.

  LONG LINES. I MEAN, LONG! Seriously, you will spend at least 15 minutes (or more) waiting in line for a cashier to become available to make a transaction. As with all banks in Ecuador, the security guards are polite because they have to be but they flex their tone with you if you are texting or have a hat on. Although, not one days goes by that someone doesn’t like to be pushed by a security guard, and so they push back verbally. And since it’s not their job to keep the public spaces clean (at all times) as with any business, they let the trash cans overflow with paper receipts from the ATM – seriously? Come on! Keep your business clean! The 1st and 15th of every month are always the busiest days. Be prepared to spend at least 20 minutes in line.
