    Poor treatment by security personnel and ATMs. They do not have principles or professional ethical values, they denied me attention, because for not knowing I made a line in priority since I was with my three-year-old boy, after 10 minutes waiting in line and there was already a person missing to get to the box A security guard approaches and asks me the age of my child to whom I replied that he is 3 years old, at that time he sent me to make last place in the common line, perhaps after 30 or more people, to which I responded that I had already lined up here because I did not know that my child's age no longer qualified as a priority and that I was already missing a person to get to the cash register, the guard with you of false authority and disrespect tells me to go do the row there and I was placed last, I said no because I hadn't said that before I waited 10 minutes in the priority row. Then the guard stands next to me and I wait for him to touch me or shift and he put his hand to my front and told the equally male cashier not to attend to me that I had messed up the line I was with my child from three years in my arms because those mothers will understand that the three-year-old child understands that he is no longer two years old and at three stops crying .. my child was complaining and crying and still the guard who was of good robust bearing Afro-descendant descent put his hand in front of me just as if I were a criminal, in short I claimed the cashier that because he did not charge me to which he knew how to respond that they are orders from the giardia, at that moment a lady in line told me That I get in front of the common line, when I went to the cashier the cashier did not want to give me the service because the guard was next to me and saying not to attend to me .. nobody helped me nobody saw anything everyone blamed me after claiming and asking for ethics I did not achieve anything because they turned their faces and they continued with their work while I was making my claim ... Now he asked me what the guard was doing during all those 10 minutes that I stood in line and nobody told me that I was in the wrong row, I totally did not know that to make priority line there is a difference a child from 2 to three years old because the three-year-old has his tired little legs, the three-year-old is also bored. I lack professional ethics and respect such a person should not be carrying out that position, he asked me if he and the tellers had behaved like this with a person with a tie and checkbook. But since I am a young mother of the popular social class, her voice did not shake when she told me such brazenness. I had a very bad experience in that financial institution.
