  Banco Pichincha has disappointed me and I make it public. I made a fixed-term investment for one year. Today it expires but it turns out that I am going to withdraw my money and they tell me that due to system problems my investment has not been credited. lack of seriousness of these that are enriched at one's ribs. I had that money because I had to make a transfer but thanks to this bank I will not be able to do so until they deign to spend my money back due debitable. .I approached the agency of the big square in customer service they told me to wait that these days my money will be credited ... but the need does not wait gentlemen I want it for today take this gentlemen into account BANK PICHINCHA THAT DECEPTION! Since today! The fixed-term investment was due today not tomorrow or the day after!

  I write this review to warn all foreigners who want to open an account at the Banco Pichincha NOT open it. I am Spanish and Banco Pichincha are racists. Only a foreigner ask you two Ecuadorian with a bank account in Pichincha give you the recommendation, plus many more roles. The staff are not trained properly. An employee tells you one thing and then another tells you otherwise. It's a shame, not the standards or protocols are known how open a single account for foreigners. Ecuador is a wreck and never advance the country.
