  I went 3 times to open a savings account. The first, I felt discriminated against for being a foreigner. The second there was no system. And the third they made me wait 1 hour, there were 4 free agents but they did not attend to the people waiting. Finally when they attended to me, they entered my data and after 15 more minutes they told me that there was no system. The lady who attended me was attentive, but I decided to open my account in another bank.

  The bank in general creates more problems than it solves, in the agency there is never a system and the service is slow, they also let people skip the line because they are known, etc. I am trying to resolve a claim for two weeks and I have not succeeded, because they say that a value was credited to my account when it is not. How terrible!

  Lousy service, they take too long, absolute slowness, especially in the express service since it only serves one person and is always full, for a simple procedure you have to wait at least one hour, you must urgently place another person to make the attention faster , because as they are right now it is painful

  Lousy is always full .. There is never a system .. And what's new is that new cashiers treat money and do not make the transaction or return the money .. There is no one who can help

  Service is really slow and there is always a line.
