::This bank has undoubtedly the WORST quality of human beings as employees, starting with the NEGLIGENT and LAZY manager to the security guard, obviously going through the obnoxious, arrogant and rude cashiers. At least that happens in the city of Loja, although I imagine that this must be the national level. My suggestion, avoid doing anything in this financial institution, at least in Loja.
