  Fresh, homemade tasting Italian style cuisine with a focus on seafood, pasta dishes and risottos. Good god my mouth is watering just typing about it. Then there’s the pizza. The only square crunchy thin slice in Manta for a while until the owners ex brother in law took his dough recipe and started his own version of the same. Also good but nothing like the original. The owner and head chef Rafael, spent years working and learning in Venice Italy and he brings that knowledge to his restaurant in a hands on experience unlike anything I’ve seen. Spear fishing for his own octopus and catching his own seafood…then bringing it back to the restaurant for his team and him to cook up. Highly recommend. An experience for sure. Order the sangria, too!
