::The worst attention we receive, these people have no idea of the relationship with the client of a respectful and cordial treatment. They should not be tour operators, they are too big !! They are classist people who did not receive an education in hospitality. I do not recommend anyone to go to this site due to the deplorable treatment they provide. Do not have a hard time with the care of these people who have no ethics of service.

::A totally unpleasant experience with this hotel, the rooms were available and the reservation was made, in the end the same hotel canceled the reservation and when we called to claim they did not want to make a refund, they STOLE US THE MONEY because they refused to return the money knowing that we were outside…. HE NEVER GAVE HIS FACE AND IN THE END HE CAME OUT MORE BRAVO THAN One as injured !!!!! IF YOU ARE A TOURIST, AVOID THIS TYPE OF TOURIST SERVERS DISK,

::Great place to stay in Santo Domingo.House has a old world Spanish colonial look to it,and the owners are super friendly and helpful,on the second floor the have a restaurant.Only thing I had concerns about was the slight scent of mildew in the room.It smelled slightly like living in a cottage.
