  Bring your Spanish language skills to this neighborhood restaurant featuring vibrant music and a variety of meals from the sea. I got the grilled octopus served up on a sizzling platter, and it was a genuine treat. The meat was more tender than expected. The plantain chips were uncommonly good. Combine that with the interesting views of people passing by in beautiful weather, and you've got yourself a relaxing afternoon where time drifts away. You should check this place out on your next visit to Quito.

  Good flavor until I met one piece of hard debris of cleaning sponge in my rice plate. I asked the manager this event but she turned away as nothing happens. Quite surprised this kind of problems occurs but mostly shocked they don’t have a public apology nor a solution. Not going back
