  It is not a place that I recommend at all, there is no respect for biosecurity standards. There is no social distancing, too many people enter. I waited 1 hour 15 minutes for an X-ray, when the lady at the reception told me that it took 20 minutes for the doctor to vacate. There should be better communication with the doctor or failing that, there should be at least an agenda to take turns and thus not wait too long.

  We arrived at 11am with my elderly Aunt who was very sore and they saw us at 2pm. Three long hours of waiting. The receptionist lady told us that it would take an hour until they attend us but we ended up waiting 3 hours. A private service should be faster than insurance. The Eco had a cost of $ 180 dollars is not cheap at all. We are paying to have a fast and efficient attention. They should have better communication between Doctors and Receptionists regarding Time management so that they give us the correct waiting time. Total wait ± Eco = 4 hours. They gave us a dirty robe smelling of perfume. Thank God I noticed and asked for a new robe. They should be better organized and take more care with sanitation as they are dealing with vulnerable seniors at high risk and in times of Pandemic. If I am outraged by this situation. It is time for a positive change.
