  Three times in 5 years, postcards have not been delivered. Of 16+ cards no one receives. Foreighners complain christmas cards not delivered. The x pats sermise the stamps are stolen for their value. Common in some countries. I stayed and watched them glued and stamped three different ocasions from 2015 to 2019. To this date no one has ever received a card. Warning. It may be ok to purchase stamps however i strongly recomend mailing them from somewhere else. Many people at a english bookstore tell of no one they know of ever receiving anything from this olcation. Please someone post a sucessful story of using this location from 2017 to date of this posting. I have writen the embasy in canadian . I expect nothing to happen. Anyone who lives perment in quito understands.
