  We received such great care when we entered with a 9 year old boy who fell on his head and needed stitches. We didn’t have to wait and everything was done super fast, hygienically and expertly. The price you pay is on par with private clinic rates. They tried speaking English too which helped.

  I want to warn travelers, the service was poor, the price I paid was 3 times higher than anywhere in Ecuador, the doctor was busy on the phone all the time of my visit, insolence there is no other word.

  Thank you, Dr. Gerardo Zumbana Lopez, and the nursing staff for being so competent and kind during my allergic crisis. On arrival from Quito, the next day, my face blew up like a balloon with massive hives, and I desperately needed medical care. I was headed to the hospital, but came across this very clean, modern, 24/7 urgent care clinic and they took me right in. With my limited Spanish, we were able to communicate (you can always use a translator app) effectively and after an IM dose of steroids, IV fluids, IV antihistamines, and a few Rx, I was on my way to recovery and enjoyed the rest of my time in Baños. All for ~US $75. As a medical ICU nurse in the States, I can vouch for the excellent care. Thank you!
