The attention of the admission nurses leaves much to be desired, they talk and appointment shifts are not respected, waiting times are too long for the few people in the patient waiting room, terrible service . My mother and I waited more than 1 hour for a person who missed their appointment to arrive, and they would call her 2 minutes later, even though we were in a medical emergency. They were unapologetic and despotic in explaining why they did this.

The worst clinic I have ever known, yesterday December 14 I went with my wife at 5 pm to attend a delivery, as she did not dilate they gave her 2 Misoprostol according to them to go into labor, my wife broke water and they had her for 3 hours without attending, claiming that they are waiting for the dilation, aaa 8:30 hours they injected oxytocin and so that within minutes they tell us that they will not be able to operate because they did not want to risk it, they gave us a reference to take her to another Clinic that in the end did not work because I had to enter her and do all the tests again, in the other clinic they told us that they should not give her those medications and she arrived without amniotic fluid, almost 2 lives were lost yesterday due to medical negligence. I will never return to this place and I advise everyone not to do so if they do not want a misfortune equal to or worse than mine.

The prices, accessible facilities they have are adequate, of course they are not first class but for the prices it is worth it. you can expect comfortable and good doctors. In conclusion good price and good facilities

They have a sign where they supposedly charge with credit cards but it is only for surgeries. What year are we in? My family had to go find a cashier at 2:00 AM because they didn't accept a card for the emergency. They do not even have the medications that the doctor prescribes, so if they come, prepare to leave at the dawn to the nearest pharmacy.
