  It is an excellent medical center, I have been attending since 2015 approximately. There are many people who complain, so go to the IESS to see if they do not delay more. When I make an appointment from one day to the next I go well from tomorrow 6:30 am I am in line, to at least be shift # 4. I am not a doctor, but as a human being and as a Social Communicator I know that each patient needs their time. If they send you to another place to buy medicine then don't go look elsewhere and pay more and stop complaining. I do not know, but they become such black-and-white for fun. Greetings.

  Very good attention. I had the opportunity to have me attended there. Very friendly doctors and staff. The only thing is, I'm checking the fundasen website and it doesn't say what specialties they have. It would be good if you added this information.

  I made an appointment a week before with Doctor Illescas Paola. When the day came we waited 2 hours and she never showed up. It wasnt until the patients went to the front desk that they called her and she informed that she was "sick"... the lady at the front desk did a horrible job re-scheduling people for the next day. It should have been in order of turns but instead she did it randomly. Such a horrible customer service
