  We took a trip to Podocarpus with Pavel from Loja. He's a great guide with a lot of knowledge about the national park, as well as the area of Loja. We wish we had more time to spend with him, as I'm sure we would have learned a lot!

  In 2015 I had the opportunity to visit the city of Loja, my father his born in that beautiful city, it is a very nice and pleasant place, Loja is known for being the cleanest and most orderly city in all of Ecuador, and if I They ask, I can say that it is the truth, my father was the tour guide of the whole city, he told us the places where he grew up, the site of his school, college and university, he showed us the market and I liked it a lot because it was very neat and clean, I tried a very rich juice that was alfalfa with blackberry and I fell in love with this juice, I tried a dish called chanfaina, the panela sweets called bocadillos, the cheese, the sweet bread and salt, the Humitas and the food from my aunt's house where my whole family stayed, we walked a lot but it was beautiful to know another city, I will to return and enjoy more of what I experienced in that year.
