  The establishment was real nice. The accommodations and amenity spaces were very nice. The staff at the reception and at the restaurant were a disaster. They were not friendly at all. Very rude and ruined our family experience. We had a family weekend getaway with 21 family members. It seemed like they were going out of their way to make our experience horrible. To say the least, I will NOT be returning unless I hear they have Improved on their customer experience.

  We paid $66 per person for a day pass on the Monday on Carnaval. It included breakfast and lunch plus unlimited drinks. The scenery was beautiful and despite the rain, we still easily enjoyed our experience. We were interested in the extra activities like the zoo and cacao trail but were unlucky with the weather.

  Disappointed with the offer.. Breakfast, lunch and use for just the pool for USD 90. If the tour will be included at the facilities it will be worthed. The company mentions that you cannot go any other place just a pool and the restaurant.. Totally dissatisfied.. Everything has an extra charge.. That's one of the reasons why Ecuadorians prefer travel other countries than Ecuador itself.. It is very expensive. The company will always try to minimize the opinion of the customers..

  Beautiful place, good service. Lots of outside and inside activities. Need to improve the food selection. More healthy and refreshing snacks and food options.
