  This is my favourite Holiday Inn that I have been to so far especially because of the great service received by the reception staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcomed. I love the mixed style of the building, the location of the hotel and the comfort of the room. The reception staff went out of their way to help me to get my COVID test which I was able to do at the hotel for 45 USD and even cheaper if you have a confirmed flight... overall being able to do the test at the hotel saved me a lot of time. The included breakfast was good and I enjoyed seeing the orange juice machine prepare the juice. The view from the top floor is really nice if you are looking for some fresh air.

  Tremendous value. Large rooms with great views of the city and surrounding mountains .Free breakfast, which is actually quite good. Very friendly and accommodating staff, especially Karen and Paulina, they were spectacular and really made me feel welcome and took care of all my professional needs. I will absolutely stay here again for all future business and personal trips.

  Horrible service. Taxis in ecuador rarely have change so I would ask hotel desk for change. Both times they refused. So i asked to buy a water and paid with twenty dollar bill to get change. I did not want a warm bottle of water, I needed change. Left the water on counter and the staff were too slow to get what happened.

  I stayed here before the pandemic, great hotel, downtown Quito. Walking distance to endless restaurants, shops, markets, parks. Short drive to the equator park, the rai cable car up the mountain! Clean rooms, good breakfast, good wi-fi, and if you're high enough up the views of the city are excellent!

  This is an excellent hotel with spacious clean rooms. It feels a safe place for a single woman to stay. The staff, particularly the porters are kind, helpful and genuinely interested in guests as people not commodities. However it is not vegetarian friendly. When the hot breakfast scrambled eggs include ham and you are told that you could have asked for a plain version to be made to order, it shows a lack of understanding of international eating habits. Surely such an international hotel chain should be in the forefront of supporting its guests?
