  I was surprised by the good care provided by this IESS hospital because in other places I had had bad experiences with doctors. Here I went to physical rehabilitation (knee) 10 days, two weeks in a row and everything was fine, attentive and doing what they had to do. With this experience I looked for and got an appointment for dentistry and I already go twice and well, much better than the private clinics to which the same insurance sends. That is my experience and I hope that this will be the trend of care throughout the hospital.

  The health care I have received is excellent, but the administrative staff is poor.
