  My grandfather was admitted by an accident in which he suffered a broken hip, he was a healthy man and very dear to his whole family. He was operated without the consent of any family member, they took his finger and put his mark, after that operation he was not the same, it has been two months of long suffering for my poor grandfather and for us his family, Dr. Rueda who operated on him (or practical with him) for three occasions, snatched us away, many times he was not present in his reviews, until we went up to claim and talk to the hospital director, after a few days hospitalized he took a terrible infection and of course! If they had the garbage cans full of exes diapers and blood-filled pads glued to the patient's bed, we claimed and put them in the bathroom, they did not pick them up, so many pains and a slow agony, such a horrible nightmare, they did not know I wish no one, it is terrible to put a loved one in the hands of unprofessional people. Rest in Peace Grandpa 😔 there is not a day we don't remember you. 🖤
