  This place is a slice of Baños heaven. We enjoyed our first stay so much we came back for another time after visiting the Jungle and other surrounding areas. The family who owns and opperates are kind and hard working. The father Carlos speaks english if you have a language barrier. They deliver excellent service. The rooms are incredibly cute and clean! Many amazing views of the waterfall of Baños and balconies overlooking the city. We recieved many spa treatments: waxing, massages, and pedicures! I highly reccemd the yerbalenda massage which ends with a stinging nettles treatment. I will return here anytime I'm visiting the beautiful country of Ecuador and i suggest you do as well!

  This stay was amazing! Sincerely, I’ve had many nights in hotels but never before have I considered moving to a foreign country simply to be closer to the experience. The owners, Juan Carlos y Jannett, are angels. Not only were they friendly and accommodating, but they were our guides, our translators, our business liaisons (we were in town to care for a loved one) and now, our family. I’ll forever be grateful for this experience. Pros - amazing food and coffee - close to the waterfall :O and hot spring baths - protected from the hustle and bustle of the city - affordable and well worth it Cons - local fireworks were a bit jarring due to celebration of La Virgen (October) and weekend fiestas - some construction which is constant in Ecuador and any developing country, really

  What a fantastic experience! The hotel has an excellent infrastructure, and it's very calm. You sleep with the great sound of the waterfall, that is situated in front of the hotel. The restaurant is UNBELIEVABLE; all the vegan dishes were absolutely delicious and perfect! The best was how welcomings are the staff and the owner. They were amazing! Thank you very much!

  The massages were great. Clean rooms. Great breakfast. Two minutes from the hot springs. Super friendly hosts. Highly recommended.
