::Good service, good food, nice place to stay. Unfortunately my bathroom had some issues. It wouldn't flush, and I requested for service a couple of times; they tried to fix it but didn't work anyways. It was annoying.

::This is a very beautiful hotel, here you can share awesome moments with the animals because is an ecologic, natural, familiar place. Before this health emergency had started I went wirh my brothers and with my grandparents, it was an amazing experience because we visited the butterfly farm, the Mindo river, we fish and we got into a natural jaccuzi, that trip was really fun and realxful I really recommend this hotel to the people who loves to spend moments with the environment and with animal, I consider that this hotel is unique because the preserve and they keep nature cared for and respect it a lot
