  I chose this place because it looked like it had charm. It's old and dated with small rooms and no real niceties but I expected a great experience. From the moment I arrived it felt unprofessional with the clerk running around, no uniforms or anything, couldn't find my reservation. Gave me a key to the room that didn't work. Said they had to send someone to make another key because it's an actual deadbolt. No TP in bathroom. First use of bathroom it clogged. Lighting in the room was low but the bathroom lighting looked like a black light. Just not a good feeling in the first 45 minutes so I left and went to El Dorado Hotel which was fantastic. **** In response to the owners reply: I checked-in to your hotel and was in the room for 45 minutes before I decided the service was unacceptable to me. Your hotel may not be luxury but your hotel does not have to be luxury to have great service. Ignacio was at the front desk so you can ask him to confirm I was there and had a reservation under Guillermo Ivan Salguero.

  Do NOT book this hotel. Incredibly noisy environment (inside the hotel itself). Staff is extremely unprofessional and arrogant, not willing to improve the conditions of your stay or even to apologize about their lack of competences. Cheap and well located but like many others in the area. Stay somewhere else.

  Extremely noisy hotel! From the outside AND the inside.. Run away from it if you want to sleep.

  The room was okay eve though I had upgraded to a deluxe room. The floors were filthy. Very misleading on the cost of parking. The $5 Fer is from 8pm until 8am. You then need to pay by the hour or park on the street. It is close to everything but I would never stay there again
