::The hotel is tired and a little short staffed. The hot water is temperamental, one can hear everything going on in the hotel in the rooms (it is likely you would be woken up in the Miller if the night at least once), and the WiFi is fairly unreliable. Short staff means it is possible that one would be left on the street at night trying to get in, because the single member of staff on duty in the evening was elsewhere in the hotel. In Quito‘s old town, this is not very safe. The beds are very comfy, however, and the location is good for Quito‘s old town. The breakfast is also decent.

::This hotel is nice, well located, breakfast is great and the staff is helpful charming and respectfully. There is always someone attending the front desk and giving you options to eat as a local. Highly recommended

::Wonderful place to stay in Quito, ask for a room off the inner courtyards for quiet. Street side room was a bit noisy at night and early in the morning. Great breakfast with view of panecillo from breakfast room.

::They didn't have our reservation in their system when we arrived, there was no laundry service, there were $35 extra dollars in taxes that they charged us, and the "shuttle" is little more than an overpriced cab that they will call for you. Overall I felt ripped off. At least they could be honest about their accommodations.

::This place has a nice Italian style theme with a lounge that has computers, and couches and antique items on display. And the best part is the free breakfast, is on stop floor, with a beautiful view of Quito and has an open air ceiling and skylights that allows fresh air to circulate and the sun light illuminate the place. Every one of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Three blocks in either direction of the hotel and you can find greats eats. And a church that can accommodate the entire community, if you need get some cash, the international bank is right across the street. The rooms in the hotel are really comfy, I don't recall an air conditioner or heater. The bathrooms are upgraded. And the room s are modernized but not the point where you feel like you are living in the future. A great place, I stayed there on two different occasions. I will continue to book rooms there if I'm in the area.
