  I would give this hotel a solid 4+ stars except the water in the shower did not even reach lukewarm... and I showered two different days. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

  Seemed like a good deal online for a first night in Banos. Advertised a hot tub, spa, s workout area. The reality was the hot tub and halls seemed to be always full of screaming children. Right on the main strip so the outside noise was apparent until midnight. It was over the Christmas /new year period so may be quieter normally. Opted for a hostel a bit more of the beaten track.
