Horrible experience. The room I was given looked NOTHING like the pictures I saw online (first 2 photos are from Booking.com, second 2 photos are the actual hotel). When I requested to be moved to a room that looked like the pictures I saw online, the staff told me that those rooms didn't have hot water so I opted to stay in the room that I had. To make matters worse, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the shower door was so janky I almost got locked inside, and when I woke up the next morning I discovered that there was no hot water (despite the guy at the front desk telling me that's why I was given that room). I left after only staying 1 night and the hotel refused to refund me for the additional 2 nights that I did not stay. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here.

We booked two identical rooms, advertised to have a double bed and air conditioning. The rooms we got were totally different. One had aircon but no hot water in the bathroom. The other had a nice bathroom but no aircon. We also came back to our room after a morning out to find the door unlocked with all of the keys for the building in the door, terrible security.

Very very Bad...somebody stole me money (almost 350 $) in the room that we surely closed with the keys, as I went out for dinner...and a part of the money were hidden in a very small pocket in my bag, that it's impossible to open in public places, like buses or stations...still don't understand how it happened and of course I've been told from the reception guy, that they couldn't see anything on the camara registrations and that sometimes happened. They definitely ruined my holiday in Ecuador !
