  Maybe the worst hotel in my life, they like to steal white people apparently so be careful, you will have to negotiate. There are always big noises, you can't sleep, even the taxi will love to steal your money, "taxi seguro" they said 🙃

  TL;dr Clean hotel with strange policies and staff. This hotel requires you leave your passport with them to receive the key, unsettling. The staff told me I could only order in food due to health restrictions and it being past 7 on a Sunday. I easily located an open dine in restaurant a block or so away. I’m pretty sure I was the only guest here and was asked to leave at 10:59am one minute prior to checkout... as a Hilton and Marriot diamond traveler for years this was by far the most prompt and least relaxed check out in my life. But it was clean... also my room was $20 with no reservation while google lists the price as $31 with a reservation.

  Jheferson greeted me and instantly took away the stress of a long day of travel. He is polite and positive and made sure I had everything I need. Hostal Gran Quitumbe is very clean and has a welcoming feel. Thumbs up!

  Awful attention. The receptionist was xenophobic, only because I'm black and Venezuelan. Poor minded people.

  Good budget accommodation close to the bus station. It is noisy though and don't expect anything fancy. But the location is convenient, the wifi is free and works fine and the price is good.
