  The hotel is a hidden treasure. I found it by seeing a photo online. I could not have been more pleased with the accommodations.The owner, who speaks fluent English, gave me a personal tour of the property including the gardens and was just so kind. I went into to town in the evening and upon returning found a fire in my cabins fireplace and a hot water bottle in the bed , perfect for the slight chill . Laid back and cozy

  Absolutely stunning location in the mountain side of Otavalo. Staff is lovely, food is great (eventhough a bit too western for my taste) and the condos is lovely. The garden is the true gem here, even including a vegetable garden where all the food comes from. The rooms are a bit cold though, Apart from that this is perfect. Great for families

  This is my second time here. I absolutely loved it. The room was very clean, cozy and spacious. The fireplace was wonderful. Dinner was one of the best I had during my stay in Ecuador. The staff was very friendly and professional. I loved the family of llamas that live there. It is definitely worth it.

  Nice place although a good way out of town. Remote rooms are a bit damp so struggle to dry things. Food was good with generous helpings. Nice breakfast too

  A comfortable lodge with fire places in all rooms. Great meals straight from the surrounding gardens. Hospitality is superb. Highly recommend the location for easy access to surrounding markets
