::The same as the Ministry of Health hospital. It has an interesting infrastructure, very striking and aesthetically good. Unfortunately, corruption has practically bankrupted this institution, where more than 3 million Ecuadorians are listed. How is that possible? It is very sad. Hopefully at some point the governments will stop using this institution as a "Petty Cash", invest what it deserves and hires quality doctors and that the authorities and doctors by palanta will end and the effort, study and vocation of every doctor.
