  the emergency wait is long, they should give a little more priority to the elderly. my mother had to wait several hours until she was admitted

  The same as the Ministry of Health hospital. It has an interesting infrastructure, very striking and aesthetically good. Unfortunately, corruption has practically bankrupted this institution, where more than 3 million Ecuadorians are listed. How is that possible? It is very sad. Hopefully at some point the governments will stop using this institution as a "Petty Cash", invest what it deserves and hires quality doctors and that the authorities and doctors by palanta will end and the effort, study and vocation of every doctor.
