  Good location a few meters from the center of Cuenca. The building has an open communal room which I could see from my window on the second floor and the noise of the people gathered did not let sleep. At midnight an apartment alarm rang for 20 minutes. The noise of people climbing the wooden stairs sounded in the room.

  Very nice, clean large rooms. Kitchens are fully equipped, smart tvs, very safe, great location, staff is helpful and friendly. Only negative is that its VERY hard to find as there is no sign for the hotel, just a wooden door.
