::My experience here was just fine. They didn’t really speak English, but Google Translate helped. There was a little line, yet they managed to work quickly. The member of the staff laughed at the postcard I was sending — the image, not the text. She didn’t let me send a small souvenir in an envelope though, I don’t know if it’s common practice in Ecuador. The place is pretty old school, don’t get your expectations high.
