::Beautiful cafe near the Basilica. The place is run by very kind people, the new owners take pride in their service, coffee and food. This cafe is frequented by English speakers because the owners speak English very well. Very clean and located in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. Highly recommend for breakfast and a great cup of coffee as well as meeting new people and serene atmosphere.

::In my opinion it is the absolutely best coffee cafe in Cuenca, hands down. And yes, I have been in them all. Coffee is a passion and thankfully I have finally found a coffee shop where the owner feels the same. This place is amazing from the perfect coffee to the comfortable chairs to soft background music, to the scrumptious desserts to a central location, it has everything one could need. It is ideally located for a quick respite from tourist pursuits and to check ones email and serves a a convenient place for a meet up with friends. The owners are dedicated to a excellent customer experience from start to finish. They are attentive and care about the smallest details. Do yourself a favor and find this place it is a real gem.
