  Novicompu is a large company in Ecuador, and is very good at the wholesaler level. This particular retail location leaves much to be desired; it's very small, and oriented mostly toward high $ ticket items, and the staff was rude & dismissive when I asked for RAM memory (which they DO sell at the wholesale level, but obviously do not stock in this little retail location.) Ecuador does things differently, of course .. but in the US, a company that does wholesale & retail would most likely have offered to sell the item to you and allow you to take your receipt to their wholesale warehouse to pick up your product -- or ship it to you the next day. Even absent my disappointment with their customer service, I would recommend this location ONLY if you are nearby, or check stock by phone before visiting... unless you are just shopping for a printer or computer system, in which case it's probably worth a look-see.
