  Great hotel but be sure to upgrade your room to a suite and be prepared to try a lite Español to get a few things...drink service at the pool is slow but wonderful location

  Beautiful hotel, very professional service... While we did not really go to stay, we really loved the pool and the cottages. It has a great reputation and for World Travellers out there looking for an International standard of service and hospitality, this is a dream. Ecuador, especially beach towns do not have a lot of luxurious hotels (like other beach towns globally) so if you want to treat yourself, this is a wonderful Hotel for you.

  My stay was very good the staff was very friendly. However, my bed was filled with bed bugs and now my legs have bites all over them wouldn’t recommend staying the night

  Great service the cafeteria is well catered for breakfast and lunch They really have great service
