  Cockroaches in our bed. The jacuzzi did not funcion, there was no hot water in the shower. When I complain ed to the manager he said sorry and offered me a free night in a different suit. He could not understand why I would not want to stay another night after I had woken up to cockroaches crawling on me and my wife.... beautiful hotel, horrible conditions and service.. I was shocked...

  Great value hotel! Clean rooms, air conditioning, nicely decorated. Not high end but great value.
