  Good bank but it seems to me that they do not give help to people in this virus problem, because they do not give clear information on where they are attending to renew a debit card.

  What a scandal of customer service and mental capacity. First I messed up opening the account because ANOTHER person had used my ID number with a name that was not correct. The lady had said that in 24 hours the change is made. I returned in 26 and still nothing and the lady began to say that it had not been 24 yet, lie. Good return after two days and says I needed to bring the form again because it had destroyed the copy he made (but not the copy of my ID, WHAT?!?) ... and not to say that it is only for the change of name because we had talked about the deposit requirements and limits the first week of opening the account. And after all I say thank you for the attention ... your answer .... silence!
