  The service and people were nice.It got the job done as far as providing a place to sleep while in Banos, but the rooms are very very very small with not alot of storage space so for 4 days I lived from my suitcase. The property did not look the same as the pictures and from my room my view was construction. Overall it was okay and I appreciate the hospitality.

  Location was across from the waterfall and hot springs which was very convenient! Bathroom was dated, but clean, and the water was hot with good pressure for a shower. Walls were a little thin, but it was generally quiet. It was dark walking to our room at night and additional outdoor lightning would be appreciated. Had a beautiful balcony view of the waterfall! Breakfast was enjoyable and the overall service was accommodative.

  Best location in town. Only drawback is that there is no A/C or fan in the rooms. If that's something you want.

  Beyond fantastic. Great view. Great location. Best service in a country that doesn't usually provide anything but a key to your room
