  I can start by saying , Juliana and Victor both of them were wonderful and the level of customer service was on point , aside from that Juliana was very friendly and she helped with all the questions I had, my fiancé is from Puerto Rico and she loved the level of service, I highly recommend this place , the rooms were clean, the attention to details was great , Victor helped us with the parking lot at night , the most important things for the both of us was the kind attitude, the friendly approach and all of them were friendly …I will be coming back again here

  Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent location near the main catholic cathedral of Cuenca

  The hotel is centrally located. It is clean for the most part, however, we found a water bottle under the bed and it was very dusty down there which I informed to the guy at the front desk. We had originally booked for 2 nights but upon arrival at the hotel we changed it to 3 and paid in full for the entire stay. However when we checked out we were asked if we had paid for the 3rd night. It turns out the guy who checked us in did not change this in the system and we did not ask for any receipt after paying either. Fortunatelly, the guy on duty took our word and did not ask us to pay again. Overall a good hotel to stay if you are looking to be close to the main attractions in the old Town.

  I really liked this hotel. It has an upscale vibe for a very low price. The location is superb, the people working there truly are top-notch, it's very very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I'm taking off a star for two reasons. First, they don't provide any drinking water. They're not alone - all over mainland Ecuador I've had to lug bottles of water around, and it was never enough. They do sell bottles for $1 that cost .30 two doors down. The other problem is that I got pickpocketed right in front of this hotel as I was getting out of a cab, literally in 10 seconds. It's clearly a dangerous area. The incident was caught on camera. I'm not sure why the thieves took my phone because it obviously could be secured remotely and can only be sold for parts now, but thanks so much for taking the $650 phone I used for 9 months. When covid dies down and times are better, they really need to hire a security guard. I have to give a huge shout-out to Victor, who helped me as much as he possibly could with the pickpocketing and other things too.
