  Great place to stay when you are visiting Quito! Clean, very nice staff, convenient location, great value for the price.

  This is a nice place the staff was very nice, they have an amazing view, for sure I am going to be back there

  Problem the best place to stay for a great view. Rooms are a little dated with wear in the seating areas. But the staff, or at least the lady in the morning, is super friendly and make the stay better. Please do not go by the pictures on the site. Not accurate lol.

  I want to begin with the good. I stayed here a week. I came from the last flight AA 939 arriving at the hotel after midnight. The breakfast server was amazing absolutely no complaints. The Room service went above and beyond. We felt the room was extremely hot and he went it found a fan for us. The security guard was very alert and always had to let the hotel know when we arrived. The above services were wonderful. I recommend the hotel invest in a vending machine. But the check in gentlemen was not so pleasant. As we were starving he said no no there isn’t any food anywhere but without the slightest care that we were starving. until the guard recommended us Rappi. Thank God for that Angel. Also, the check in person wouldn’t allow us to park the car after the 6 night even when the guard mention we had being staying here for a while now he ask me what room I was staying in and I felt offended. I think it’s awful the hotel only offers one water bottle per bed room as the water here isn’t really edible. I will stay here again in June because IT IS SAFE hopefully they change personal.

  This place is a disgrace so please read: 1.- Called multiple times to verify the final game of the ecuadorian league would be on. Received different answers every single time. 2.- Was overcharged which had to be fixed later. 3.- No water for a period of 24 hours without prior notice. 4.- Was given nothing in exchange except the promise of one night's refund For what this place charges PLEASE go to the Sheraton where we were treated with respect and dignity.
