  It is a good place but very overrated for a hidden house that does not have a sign. Apparently they do not want to report that they are guest accommodation. Probably to avoid additional fees. Much closer is a Hotel called Confort. Cheaper and with a really efficient service. You can visit both and draw your own conclusions. The Comfort Hotel is exactly 100 meters from Guayaquil airport.

  A quiet place to stay, close to the airport and the terminals of some interprovincial transport companies, very comfortable facilities and they include breakfast for the cost of the room, for an extra value it includes laundry
