::My son was unwell with a bad stomach so we attended this hospital/doctors surgery. We were really pleased with how professional it was. We were seen within 20 minutes by a doctor who could speak English well. He recommended blood tests which we had, the nurses were fantastic as my son was really scared to get a blood test and they helped calm him. The results come back within an hour and the doctor saw us again to explain what we needed to do. He translated it all to English and wrote a note for the pharmacy. The consultation cost $20, the blood test cost $15 and the pharmacy costs come to $13.

::They treat people badly, the owner is a clumsy insult to her nurses and even patients. Staff like bricklayers without masks come and go all day, it is very dirty and smells bad, it is a shame that it is one of the few "clinics" in Baños. It is better to go to the public hospital to be treated there.
