  What an awesome hotel! Super attentive and friendly staff adorn this well appointed hotel with an excellent location downtown Quito. The room is very large and luxurious. The bed is a little firm by Western standards but is totally comfortable nonetheless.

  Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a doorman and drinks while checking in. The view thru the windows are fantastic, the panoramic "hilly" city and on a clear day you can spot a volcano behind the high mountain peaks of the Andes. Breakfast is a must, the variety of choices and local delicacies makes this place unique. Room service is so so, pricey in my opinion. Food in general is cheap around Quito, there is no reason for excessive room service price.

  The breakfast here is phenomenal. Rooms are large and comfortable. There is a fair amount of traffic noise from the streets below.

  Elegant, quality service, patient and helpful staff. I spent 2 years in a private suite upthere. The hotel offers an interesting deal: a 25 dollars extra for a one-day visitor, including dinner at the fancy roof restaurant. All in all I really enjoyed my stay there. An overdue thank you for everything.
