::Avoid this bank, lousy service. I went to change the phone number on my account. They made me wait a long time and there was no one in line. When they finally attended me, I was amazed because it was the first time that a bank asked me to leave there to make copies of the documents that they should make copies of. In Quito I have done very well with the services of this bank, in Latacunga, it is terrible. Seriously, you better close the branch if you are going to be so unprofessional.

::The machine that makes paper money into coins (essential in Ecuador if you are traveling on a tight budget) gave me nickels, dimes, quarters, and five silver dollars. That's a lot of coins if you make the mistake of putting in a $20. Inside the following day though the service was great and made reasonable change.
