  The service is excellent from Banco Pichincha, but customer service is lacking, there should be a supervisor looking at the cashiers who work efficiently so the customer is delighted with the service, the truth is that a lot speaks between them, only that they improve 👍

  Today I went to the Bank, the truth is that the tellers speak a lot among themselves, they should only dedicate themselves to serving the Clients, only when they ask for help that there is no money in the box can they help each other so the attention to the Clients goes faster I understand them as a person but when it is work they work and not to be talking, I hope the Commentary is of Great Use, only that should improve.

  Terrible attention from the institution, it took me an hour and 45 minutes to just make a deposit and only 2 ATMs were attending and I went at 2:30 pm after lunch time
