::I went 3 times to open a savings account. The first, I felt discriminated against for being a foreigner. The second there was no system. And the third they made me wait 1 hour, there were 4 free agents but they did not attend to the people waiting. Finally when they attended to me, they entered my data and after 15 more minutes they told me that there was no system. The lady who attended me was attentive, but I decided to open my account in another bank.
