  I wanted to get cash out of one of the ATMs but I just got a message “Currently only transactions and balance inquiries available.“. The ATM didn't have enough money so it gave me nothing. Nevertheless the bank charged my account. I tried countless times to contact the bank, no answers. 4 weeks later still heard nothing, still did not get my money back. The is really bad service. This bank stole moeny from me! Avoid to support such a company!

  ATMs always in service znd work for most American banks.

  I resorted several times to withdraw money, the most comfortable is that the bank opens from dawn with a guard taking care that you can make withdrawals very quietly.
