::The care at the clinic is terrible, they called me at a certain time in which I was punctual, to enter they disinfected me and took data, however the waiting room was completely full, without any kind of distancing, I waited an hour so that They treated me and when I went to be examined they told me that they could not perform the treatment at that time (prophylaxis) because the doctor who treated me had surgery, so my question is why do they schedule appointments at a time that the professionals do not have time availability?

::I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC AT ALL !! After more than a year doing it, I have realized the following: Dr. Francisco is a very good person, but THE REST OF SPECIALISTS AND SECRETARIES are RIGHTS. They tricked me by charging me for treatments that they did not do to me (that is because I was naive and I trust "professionals"), they made me waste my time and at all times they showed me that the only thing they care about is TAKING MONEY. Be careful with them, as soon as they can they will try to cheat you !!!!!

::I think it is a good place, but I went after 6:00 PM and the doctor who treated me seemed in a bad mood and had no patience. He told me that they are nervous and that he calms me down ... But who is not nervous when they are going to heal a tooth that hurts a lot. I think the dentist should be kind and give us that confidence of knowing that everything will be all right. I went somewhere else, it was not just to wear the tooth as he said, it was an endodontic and they already did it to me somewhere else who treated me very kindly.
