::I understand that they have nothing to do with the delay of deliveries from abroad. But when the package has arrived in the city I have delayed taking it up to 3 days. They should attend at noon.

::The attention by the staff is inefficient, they are NOT WORKING, it is the 5 occasion in which I have difficulties to receive my packages. The mailman Montoya, informs that he could not deliver my packages, when he never arrived at my address. I have come personally to see my packages and I am already waiting an hour for some type of solution and what they managed to tell me is that THE CARRIER DOES NOT KNOW WHERE I HAVE LEFT MY PACKAGES. Lack of professionalism on the part of all the staff.
