  Excellent attention and service, the very clean facilities you will find with very friendly, warm hosts you will feel at home. I recommend it when I return without hesitation it would be in this hotel.

  Super clean and hot showers and comfortable bed. Owner really helpful and friendly with secure parking. Breakfast was very good and generous helpings.

  Owners are super kind and helpful. Near river walk and small shopping center. Worth a visit as very lovely building and decor.

  Beautiful place! We spend three nights at El Cardenal for our pilgrimage to Virgen del Cisne in Loja. El Cardenal hotel is a new hotel that opened late last year 2016. As our daughter got sick the service was remarkable and helpful. The hotel is quietly located at the south border of the city and there is no traffic at all. There are jogging and biking paths on the surrounding areas next to the river. There was even a serenade one night. Thanks again to the El Cardenal Hotel family!
